This home also includes a half bathroom as well as 2 additional full guest bathrooms, one with a single vanity and a walk-in shower, and another with a dual vanity and a shower/tub combo.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Street and driveway parking for 5 vehicles available.
o Unmarked spaces on street for overflow, gate attendant will provide parking passes
o Refer to your entry pass from the front gate regarding parking.
o Overnight parking permits are required.
o Street parking is only allowed in marked white spaces. There is no parking allowed on the grass or blocking the sidewalk.
o Commercial vehicles, recreational vehicles, trailers, self-propelled motor homes, and boats are only allowed to enter temporarily for loading and unloading.
o Motorcycles and Golf carts are not allowed unless they are street legal and registered like other motor vehicles. They must be parked in the garage.
o Vehicles parked in violation of the parking rules are subject to immediate towing at owner's expense
• Solterra community access:
o Upon entry, guests will pay a $48 fee for a Leisure Patron Amenity Access Fee. The fee will be charged via Square with a credit or debit card only. No cash will be accepted. It is a one-time fee per house per reservation.
o After hours check-ins will go to the guard gate. The guard gate will issue 5 car passes and guests will need to visit the clubhouse once reopened to pay the Leisure Patron Amenity Access Fee to gain access to the pool the next day.
o They will be issued a Resort Access Card (2 cards max will be issued per party) to show the front gate of the pool at each entry, they will also be issued the 4-digit code for the month that will allow access to the gym. Guests will need to have this card in their possession on the pool deck as well for staff to verify if asked.
• Please note, this townhome is a 5-bedroom but only 4 bedrooms are accessible to guests.
• Optional pool heat $29 a night, full stay minimum.
• This home is equipped with one (1) external security camera located at the entryway and actively monitoring the parking area.

Failure to follow these rules/procedures and the rules/procedures stated in the agreed upon rental agreement could result in fines, forfeit of the security deposit, and in some cases being asked to leave without a refund.
This is a privately owned home. Inventory will be done on departure. If any damages are found, violators will be billed.
