Inside, the fully equipped kitchen pairs stainless steel appliances with both drip and Keurig coffee makers, plus an additional mini sink that adds extra convenience for meal prep and entertaining. The dining table seats four for everything from breakfast before the beach to relaxed dinners together. In the living room, a smart TV is surrounded by a comfortable dual recliner and two armchairs, creating a welcoming place to unwind after a day in the sun. Sliding doors open to a private balcony, where water views provide the perfect backdrop for morning coffee or an evening drink as the Gulf breeze rolls in.

This home comfortably sleeps 4 guests between 1 private bedroom and a queen size murphy bed in the living room.

Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo, also accessible via the dining area.

HOUSE RULES
To help everyone enjoy their stay, please observe the following community rules:

Quiet Hours-
Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM. Please keep voices, music, and TV volumes low, especially outdoors, to be considerate of neighboring guests.

Parking-
Please park only in designated parking areas. One Gulf-side parking space is available per condo. Additional vehicles must park on the lake side, where applicable. Motor homes and RVs are not permitted without prior HOA approval.

Pool Rules-
Pool hours are after daily cleaning from 9:00 AM until 10:00 PM. Swim at your own risk. There is no lifeguard on duty. Children under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Swim diapers are required for young children. Proper swimwear is required. No running, diving, roughhousing, or horseplay in or around the pool. No glass containers, chewing gum, or breakable items are permitted in the pool area. Pool furniture must remain in the pool area and may not be reserved. Please follow all posted pool rules. Beach Courtesy Please use the beach shower before returning to the property to rinse off sand. Dispose of all trash in designated receptacles. Pool furniture and lounge chairs may not be taken onto the beach. Balconies & Outdoor Areas Grills are not permitted on balconies or patios. Please use the community grilling areas if available. Do not hang towels, swimsuits, or other items over balcony railings. Keep beach toys, umbrellas, floats, and personal belongings clear of walkways.

Trash-
Please dispose of all household trash in the designated community dumpsters.
