This home comfortably sleeps 4 guests plus a baby between 2 private bedrooms.

Bedroom #1 includes a full size bed and a cable TV.

Bedroom #2 includes 2 twin size beds.

A portable mini crib with mattress and sheet is stored in the master bedroom closet.

This home also includes a half bathroom and a full guest bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

Both bedrooms have air conditioning.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Air conditioning in both bedrooms.
• Beach chairs, umbrella, and some beach toys provided; cooler and wagon are not provided.
• Lot parking for 2 vehicles available, parking passes required. 2 parking tags will be provided on site. Loss of any parking tag will be an additional $250 charge for replacement. 1 vehicle can park in the designated parking space.
• Additional vehicle can park in any available visitor parking space nearby.
• To access the private beach, you must bring the Beach Flag with you — access will not be permitted without it. Loss of the beach flag incurs a mandatory $500 replacement fee.

Private beach access is about a five-minute walk; guests will find the required beach-access flag inside the cottage and should bring it along when heading to the beach. The Popponesset Marketplace is less than a 10-minute walk down a wooded path, with restaurants, coffee, ice cream, mini golf, an arcade, boutique shops, and the Raw Bar. The Popponesset Inn, a popular waterfront restaurant and wedding venue, is also less than a 10-minute walk away — making this cottage an especially convenient home base for guests attending a wedding at the Inn, with no need to coordinate rides or parking.

New Seabury is part of the town of Mashpee, located on Cape Cod and known for its beautiful beaches, charming villages, and relaxed coastal atmosphere. Guests will find plenty to explore nearby, from waterfront dining and boutique shopping to scenic walking paths and the natural beauty of Nantucket Sound.
