Construction Notice: Beginning August 10, 2026, the property will undergo an 18-month elevator and breezeway modernization project. During this time, guests may experience construction noise, and some elevators may be temporarily unavailable.

As you enter the condo, you’ll find the kitchen is ready for everything from quick breakfasts before the beach to family dinners after a day in the sun. Stainless steel appliances and a dedicated coffee bar with both Keurig and drip coffee makers, plus its own mini sink, make mornings easy. The breakfast bar seats three beside the dining table for six, bringing everyone together to share meals, plan the next outing, or linger over dessert after sunset. The living room is filled with natural light streaming through large windows and sliding glass doors that frame the Gulf. Stretch out on the couch, settle into the recliner or armchair with your favorite show on the smart TV, or step onto the private balcony, where loungers invite you to soak in the view and a dining table creates the perfect setting for al fresco meals with the sound of the waves just below.

This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.

Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, balcony access, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity, a Jacuzzi tub, and a walk-in shower.

Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed and a smart TV.

This home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Lot parking for 2 vehicles available, passes required.
o Parking passes will be given by the office. A second pass is given upon request.
o The parking space is under the tennis courts by the building and has the condo number on the pavement.
o The second parking space will vary as it will be assigned to you by the management once you check-in.
• Long-term stays allowed.

Orange Beach, Alabama is a laid-back beach town located on the Gulf of Mexico. It's a popular spot for families and couples to relax and enjoy the sun, sand, and water. There are plenty of things to do, from swimming and sunbathing to fishing and boating. You can also go shopping at The Wharf, a popular shopping and entertainment complex. And if you're looking for a taste of the local seafood, be sure to check out one of the many restaurants along the Gulf Coast Highway. No items may be hung from balcony rails, including towels, clothing, or decorations.
No throwing items from balconies No excessive noise or disruptive behavior.
Fireworks are strictly prohibited.
Drones are prohibited anywhere on SeaChase property.
No feeding birds on the property.
Smoking, vaping, and e-cigarettes are prohibited in rental units, balconies, and common areas. Allowed only in designated smoking areas on the property.
Pool and hot tub hours are 8:00 AM – 12:00 AM (midnight).
Children 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult.
Glass containers are prohibited in pool areas.
Fitness center hours are also 8:00 AM – 12:00 AM.
Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult in the fitness center.
