Bedroom #1 includes 2 sets of twin-over-twin size adult bunk beds, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower, also accessible via the hallway.

Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, patio access, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Parking for 2 vehicles available in the lot in front of Building 4, passes required.
o After entering resort through gate, proceed to club house front desk for parking pass. (7am-11pm) if club house is not open, please go first thing in the morning the following day for parking pass.
o No trailers, RV’s, golf carts.

• This home is equipped with one (1) external security camera located at the entryway exterior door and actively monitoring the walkway hallway.

Failure to follow these rules/procedures and the rules/procedures stated in the agreed upon rental agreement could result in fines, forfeit of the security deposit, and in some cases being asked to leave without a refund.

This is a privately owned home. Inventory will be done on departure. If any damages are found, violators will be billed.
