Beautiful condo with perfect views of the beach and the pool.a few maintenance issues but most of those were minor. Biggest issue was poor housekeeping. The stove top was dirty. The toaster was not usable since it was filthy. Any pots and pans and eating utensils that we pulled had to be washed as they looked unclean and were unclean. Had to wipe down coffee pot as it was also dirty. Glass patio doors had hand and fingerprints all over them. Rug in main room was dirty and had crumbs from previous guest. No Kleenex, No hand soap to wash you hands. Very few towels, Dryer was dirty. Dust around main TV like housekeeping had not been there are never was there. Ice machine was not working. I emptied the old ice that was frozen and then it did start working.Overall the unit and the building were great. Hope they get new maids. I felt this unit was owned by corporate since it looked like a real human that cares has probably not been there in several years. Little things like no pepper in the cabinet, only two trash bags when we were going to be there a week. No strainer for things like pasta. No guide in the room. No instructions on how to connect to the internet. And having to wash every pot and pan (not just rinse off and wipe down) But most items like frying pans were actually dirty and that was disappointing. stay was 9-14 to 9-21-2026

The good: Overall the unit was nicely furnished and comfortable... the beds were comfortable the linens were clean. The facilities in the condominium towers were impeccable. The workout room, the library, the game room, and all of the poolside facilities were excellent. The staff was friendly and efficient. Overall the facilities were five star with no complaints or shortcomings at all. The not so good : It appeared that there had been little to no cleaning underneath any of the beds or couches and there was quite a bit of dust and debris underneath them. The secondary bedroom shower curtain had mold and needed to be replaced. That should have been picked up on routine cleaning. The smaller bathroom stand up shower also had mold. The refrigerator had a couple of issues as well. The water dispenser did not work and we had to supplement with bottled water. The ice maker had been emptied before we arrived and it never could keep up with the demand so we had to supplement the with bagged ice. We had been told that the grill on the patio was a gas grill and it turned out to be an electric grill. It cooked more like an oven than a grill. We only used it one time but had planned on using it multiple times. And the door leading from the master bedroom to the balcony was extremely difficult to shut and secure due to its faulty handle and latch. The coffee maker had a leak in the reservoir & would leak water all over the kitchen counter. The 2nd bedroom bed frame was very rickety.
