This home comfortably sleeps 7 guests between 3 private bedrooms.

Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, deck access, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and a walk-in shower.

Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

Bedroom #3 includes a set of twin-over-queen size bunk beds, a smart TV also equipped with cable, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower, also accessible via the hallway.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Lot parking for 3 vehicles is available on a first come, first served basis.
• The HOA does not allow parking for R.V.'s, campers, boat trailers or box trailers in front of the condominiums. Violations will result in a fine.
• Step-free access. The complex is equipped with an elevator for added convenience during your stay.
• Pet Friendly: We understand that pets are part of your family, and we welcome well-behaved pets in our vacation rental! To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, we kindly ask that you adhere to the following guidelines:
o We allow a maximum of 1 pet per stay — dogs only.
o Only dogs under 50 pounds are permitted; this policy is in place to help protect the property and ensure a safe, comfortable environment for all guests.
o Please note that an additional pet fee of $25 per pet, per day applies and is not included in your final booking cost. To pay your pet fee, please contact our Customer Care Team after booking.
o Pets must be well-behaved, house-trained, and under the control of their owners at all times; excessive barking, aggressive behavior, or disturbances to neighbors are not permitted.
o Pets may not be left unattended in the property unless secured in a crate or carrier.
o Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets both inside the rental and in surrounding areas; any damage caused by pets will be charged accordingly.
o Pets are not permitted on furniture, including beds and sofas — please bring your pet's bedding or crate for their comfort.
o Guests are responsible for complying with local leash laws and pet regulations; pets must be on a leash when outside the rental property.
o Failure to comply with this pet policy may result in additional cleaning fees, damage fees, or, in severe cases, termination of the rental agreement without refund.
o By bringing your pet to our vacation rental, you agree to adhere to these guidelines. We appreciate your cooperation in helping ensure a wonderful experience for all of our guests!

Nestled in the heart of Missouri, the Lake of the Ozarks is a captivating destination that boasts a harmonious blend of natural beauty, recreational opportunities, and vibrant culture. From its sprawling freshwater lake and picturesque landscapes to its lively events and family-friendly attractions, it’s an unforgettable escape for travelers of all ages! There are many things to see and do in the area including golfing at one of the many championship courses, swimming, or a boat ride on the lake, or hiking and biking one of the many scenic trails. There are also several shops, restaurants, and bars in the area, making it a great place to spend an afternoon or evening.

- Must be 25 to rent — we reserve the right to verify IDs upon arrival.
- No smoking.
- No fireworks.
- No parties — please be sure to respect the maximum occupancy of your property.
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM–8:00 AM — please be mindful of noise.
- We recommend children under the age of 12 wear a flotation device while swimming in the local community pools.
- We require all guests to adhere to local state laws requiring children under the age of 12 to be accompanied by an adult and wear a certified PFD near or in lake water.
