NOISE & QUIET HOURS
This property is subject to Fort Lauderdale's noise ordinance (Chapter 17, §17-7 of the City Code). Guests must comply at all times:
• Quiet hours are 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM Sunday through Thursday, and 12:00 AM (midnight) – 8:00 AM Friday and Saturday.
• No amplified music, loud gatherings, or noise audible from 15 feet or more outside the unit at any time.
• Live or amplified music is prohibited at distances of less than 100 feet from a residential dwelling.
• Sound from any source shall not carry more than 50 feet beyond the property boundary during daytime hours.
• Violations of the noise ordinance may result in immediate termination of your reservation without refund.
Per Fort Lauderdale Ordinance C-16-25, this property is equipped with a noise monitoring device. The device measures decibel levels only — it does not record conversations or audio. Its presence does not affect your privacy inside the unit.

OCCUPANCY & GUESTS
• Maximum occupancy is 4 guests. Exceeding this limit is grounds for immediate termination of the reservation.
• Only registered guests are permitted to sleep overnight in the unit.
• Day visitors must be approved in advance. The total number of people in the unit at any time (including day visitors) may not exceed the maximum occupancy.
• Guests must be 25 years of age or older to book. Valid government-issued ID may be requested.

PARKING
Parking is available per building rules. Please refer to the information provided at check-in or contact Grand Welcome for your assigned parking location.
• Do not park in unassigned or reserved spaces.
• Street parking, where available, is subject to City of Fort Lauderdale regulations.
• Vehicles parked in violation of building or city rules may be towed at the vehicle owner's expense.

SMOKING
• This is a 100% non-smoking unit. Smoking of any substance — including cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, vaping devices, or any other product — is strictly prohibited inside the unit, on the balcony, and within 25 feet of any building entrance.
• A deep-cleaning fee of $350 or more will be charged if evidence of smoking is found.

• No pets are permitted unless expressly pre-approved in writing by Grand Welcome.
• An unauthorized pet fee of $250 per animal will be charged if evidence of pets is found.
