This home comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests between 3 private bedrooms.
• Family Adventure Themed Bedroom #1 includes a king-sized cloud bed, a smart TV, a classic game-show home arcade cabinet, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and an easy-access walk-in shower.
• Whimsical Cartoon Themed Bedroom #2 features a castle-style full-over-twin bunk bed with a safer low profile, festive themed decor, child-safe electrical outlets, an ample dresser, an assortment of classic toys for toddlers and young children, and a smart TV also equipped with cable.
• Galactic Explorer Themed Bedroom #3 includes a twin-size "floating" LED light bed, an ample chest of drawers, a wall-mounted smart TV, and a classic space-saga home arcade cabinet.

This home also includes an additional full-sized sleeper sofa in the living room, two convertible sleeper chairs, and a full Deep Space Themed guest bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

Failure to follow these rules/procedures and the rules/procedures stated in the agreed upon rental agreement could result in fines, forfeit of the security deposit, and in some cases being asked to leave without a refund.
This is a privately owned home. Inventory will be done on departure. If any damages are found, violators will be billed.
Please return the community amenities key fob before departure. A replacement fee will be charged if the key fob is not returned.
