This home also includes a full guest bathroom with a pedestal sink and a shower/tub combo (Jacuzzi tub).

THINGS TO NOTE
• Washer and dryer available in a utility room off the back porch. Communal laundry facilities are also available for guest use. Laundry is complimentary, but please note that detergent is not provided.
• Stall parking for 1 vehicle available. Additional overflow parking available in the gravel lot at the Northeast corner of the property.
• No pets allowed. Unauthorized pets result in a $350 fee and may require immediate removal with no refund.
• Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM.
• The pool is heated and chilled year-round — please let us know if the temperature needs adjusting.
• This unit is a sister unit to the building's other accommodation, Stonewall. Larger parties are encouraged to book the combination unit, Stoneflower, for exclusive access to the entire building during their stay.
• Please also note that this unit is part of a larger rental property that includes several smaller units and combination units, so guests may see other guests coming and going and enjoying the shared common areas such as the parking areas, pool, playground, and grounds.
• Sunflower Guestroom is the upstairs guestroom of the 1st building on the left as you enter the property.
• This property is equipped with external security cameras located on the outside of various buildings, actively monitoring shared common areas including the parking area, pool, and playscape.

- Please be respectful of other guests on the property and keep excessive noise to a minimum, especially during quiet hours of 10:00 PM–8:00 AM.
- The pool closes at 10:00 PM, no exceptions.
- Please only flush waste or toilet paper — no wipes, paper towels, etc.
- No jumping or diving into the pool.
- No glass within 20 feet of the pool; broken glass requires draining the pool (minimum $500 fee assessed).
- No linens or towels may be removed from the property to use at the river.
- No pets allowed. Unauthorized pets result in a $350 fee and may require immediate removal with no refund.
