Comprised of 2 separate units that can be booked individually, Stonewall and Sunflower Guestroom, guests now have the flexibility and convenience to book both together, where the entire property becomes yours for the duration of your stay. Stoneflower offers the flexibility and comfort of two connected studio spaces, making it an ideal choice for couples traveling together, families, or small groups who appreciate a little extra privacy.

The Stonewall studio features a welcoming farmhouse-style kitchen with stained wood cabinetry, a single-serve coffee maker, and everything needed to prepare snacks and simple meals. Gather around the dining table for six before settling in to watch your favorite shows on the smart TV with cable, or step outside to the patio to enjoy the fresh Hill Country air. The adjoining Sunflower Guestroom adds even more comfort with cheerful sunflower-inspired décor, a wall-mounted smart TV with cable, and a convenient kitchenette complete with a coffee bar, microwave, and small refrigerator. A cozy dining table for two creates the perfect spot for a quiet breakfast or evening snack before another day of exploring.

Whether you're floating the river, discovering local shops and restaurants, or simply relaxing by the pool, Stoneflower offers the space, convenience, and welcoming atmosphere for an unforgettable New Braunfels escape.

Stonewall is a studio unit that comfortably sleeps 2 guests in a king size bed.

This home also includes a full guest bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.

Sunflower Guestroom is a studio unit that comfortably sleeps 2 guests in a king size bed.

This home also includes a full guest bathroom with a pedestal sink and a shower/tub combo (Jacuzzi tub).

THINGS TO NOTE
• Communal laundry facilities are available for guest use. Laundry is complimentary, but please note that detergent is not provided. The ground-floor unit, Stonewall, also offers private laundry in the utility room off the back porch for guest convenience.
• Stall parking for 2 vehicles available. Additional overflow parking available in the gravel lot at the Northeast corner of the property.
• No pets allowed. Unauthorized pets result in a $350 fee and may require immediate removal with no refund.
• Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM.
• The pool is heated and chilled year-round — please let us know if the temperature needs adjusting.
• This unit is a combination unit, offering access to both the ground-floor studio (Stonewall) and the upper-floor unit (Sunflower Guestroom).
• Please also note that this unit is part of a larger rental property that includes several smaller units and combination units, so guests may see other guests coming and going and enjoying the shared common areas such as the parking areas, pool, playground, and grounds.
• These units are in the 1st building on the left as you enter the property.

- Please be respectful of other guests on the property and keep excessive noise to a minimum, especially during quiet hours of 10:00 PM–8:00 AM.
- The pool closes at 10:00 PM, no exceptions.
- Please only flush waste or toilet paper — no wipes, paper towels, etc.
- No jumping or diving into the pool.
- No glass within 20 feet of the pool; broken glass requires draining the pool (minimum $500 fee assessed).
- No linens or towels may be removed from the property to use at the river.
- No pets allowed. Unauthorized pets result in a $350 fee and may require immediate removal with no refund.
