Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, access to a private screened-in patio, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

Bedroom #3 includes 2 twin size beds and a smart TV.

This home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.

• Washer and dryer in home.
• Lot parking for 2 vehicles available, passes required.
o Guest will need to obtain a parking pass at the front gate. Unassigned parking is available for up to 2 vehicles in the parking lot in front of building 14.
o This unit is located on the 1st floor.

• Optional offsite rental of high chair or pack and play, $75 each.

Do not park automobiles in the grass, as you will be towed/ticketed
Always observe quiet hours after 9PM-7AM, as there are neighbors close by
Failure to follow these rules/procedures and the rules/procedures stated in the agreed upon rental agreement could result in fines, forfeit of the security deposit, and in some cases being asked to leave without a refund.
This is a privately owned home. Inventory will be done on departure. If any damages are found, violators will be billed.
