Just steps away, the kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, walnut cabinetry, a large island with seating for four, and generous prep space for everything from quick breakfasts to shared dinners. The adjacent dining table seats four, and the covered deck extends the gathering space with an outdoor dining table for eight, a BBQ grill, and a propane fire table overlooking the wooded landscape.

The lower level adds another spacious living area with a smart TV and plush seating, giving everyone an extra place to watch a movie or unwind between outings. The nearby kitchenette includes a beverage bar with a counter-height table, making it convenient to prepare snacks, drinks, or light meals without heading upstairs. A dedicated fitness corner with an adjustable weight bench, dumbbells, and a yoga mat is also available for guests who want to keep up with their workout routine during their stay.

This home comfortably sleeps 10 guests between 3 bedrooms, with additional sleeping provided by a queen-size sleeper sofa in the main-level living area and a twin-over-queen bunk bed in the lower-level living area.

Bedroom #1 features a king-size bed, smart TV, direct access to the deck, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity, soaking tub, and separate walk-in shower.

Bedroom #2 includes a queen-size bed, smart TV, direct access to the deck, a dedicated workspace with a desk and cushioned chair, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and shower/tub combination.

Bedroom #3 is located on the lower level and features a king-size bed, smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and shower/tub combination.

Outside, the mountain setting becomes an extension of the home. The covered patio features a hot tub overlooking the surrounding trees, lounge seating beneath wood-plank ceilings with ceiling fans, and a hanging porch daybed that's perfect for a quiet afternoon. The upper deck includes a propane fire table for relaxing evenings, while the backyard offers a wood-burning fire pit surrounded by Adirondack chairs, creating another gathering space. With direct access from the lower level to the patio and lawn, guests can easily move between the indoor and outdoor living areas throughout the day.

All trash must be bagged and placed in the outside trash bin. Trash bin must be closed. Loose trash will incur a $250 fine as trash company will not pick up non-bagged trash. Trash left in the house will incur an additional fine. No-Smoking or pets. Both will incur a $500 fine.
When leaving the house, start a load of dishes, start a load of towels.
All sheets must be pulled off and left on the bed.
