Inside, the open living area features vaulted wood ceilings, exposed beams, large windows, and a stunning floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace that anchors the space. The comfortable seating and smart TV make it easy to unwind, while sliding glass doors bring in natural light and open to the covered deck overlooking the surrounding trees. The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker, blender, cookware, dishes, and breakfast bar seating for three - well-equipped for simple meals and morning coffee throughout your stay. The adjacent dining table seats six, and a full-size washer and dryer on the second floor add everyday convenience.

Both bedrooms feature king-size beds, smart TVs, and private en-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers. Upstairs, the loft provides additional space to read, play board games, or enjoy the arcade featuring more than 3,000 games. The living room also includes a queen sleeper sofa for added flexibility.
Step outside to the covered deck, where outdoor seating, a dining table, and a private hot tub overlook the surrounding trees - a perfect spot to start the morning or wind down in the evening. Beyond the cabin, the community offers an indoor pool, a seasonal outdoor pool (open Memorial Day through Labor Day), a communal fire pit, playground, dog park, hiking trails, fishing ponds, basketball court, and pickleball court.

• Entry to the home is located on the first floor with one step leading to the main entrance. This is a two level home.
• Parking is available for up to 2 vehicles in the parking lot on a first come, first served basis.
• The Lazy River is NOW OPEN! Cool off and float your worries away—guests have full access to the community lazy river and seasonal outdoor pool!
• Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided throughout the cabin.
• A washer and dryer are available for guest use.
• Guests have access to the community indoor pool, seasonal outdoor pool (open Memorial Day through Labor Day), communal fire pit, playground, dog park, hiking trails, fishing ponds, basketball court, and pickleball court.

- This is a "Non-Smoking" property. Smoking or vaping of any kind inside a unit or its close proximity is not permitted. You will be fined $500 plus mitigation costs.
- Pets of any kind are not permitted unless noted as a "Pet Friendly" unit. You will be fined $500 plus double cleaning fees.
- Always observe quiet hours of 10:00PM to 8:00AM, as there are neighbors close by.
- Parties or events of any kind are not allowed.
- Do not move or rearrange the furniture.
- Do not exceed the maximum number of cars or occupants.
- Do not park automobiles in the grass, as they will be ticketed and towed. There is also no trailer, boat, rv, jet ski parking of any sort at the properties.
- Failure to follow these rules/procedures and the rules/procedures stated in the agreed upon rental agreement could result in fines, forfeit of the security deposit, and in some cases being asked to vacate immediately without a refund.
