- Guests must be respectful of neighbors and keep all activity at a reasonable volume throughout their stay.
- Violations may result in immediate reservation termination, removal from the property without refund, and/or municipal fines issued by the City of West Palm Beach.
- This property is licensed for short-term lodging only — parties, events, large gatherings, and commercial activities of any kind are strictly prohibited.
- Only registered guests listed on the reservation may occupy the property at any time.
- This is a 100% smoke-free property; smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes, cigars, and marijuana are prohibited everywhere on the premises — indoors, on any patio, balcony, or outdoor area, and near any doors, windows, or furniture.
