A private washer and dryer add everyday convenience for weekend getaways or extended stays.

Bedroom #1 includes a king-size bed and smart TV, located near the shared full bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combination.

Bedroom #2 includes a king-size bed, smart TV, and private patio access, with an en-suite bathroom featuring a single vanity and walk-in shower.

Things to Note:
• Check-in begins at 4:00 PM.
• Check-out is 10:00 AM.
• This is a one level, first-floor walk-down condo with 32 steps leading to the main entrance. Alternatively, guests may park at the bottom of the parking lot, in which case only 5 steps are required.
• Parking is available for up to 2 vehicles in the community parking lot on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking is available for boat trailers.
• Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided throughout the condo.
• A washer and dryer are available for guest use.
• Guests have access to the community's seasonal outdoor pools, typically open from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Pool availability is managed by the HOA and may be subject to seasonal closures or maintenance.
• Early check-in and late check-out are based on availability and are not included with your reservation - additional fees may apply. Please contact us in advance if interested.
