Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed, a cable TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.

Bedroom #2 is Disney themed and includes 2 twin size beds and a smart TV.

Bedroom #3 is Mickey themed and includes a king size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and a shower/tub combo, also accessible via the hallway.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Lot parking for 3 vehicles available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
o Passes are required from the guard at the gate.
o Electric vehicle charger available.
o Please note, the HOA security requires us to submit a list of guest ages 16 years and older, or they will not admit you.
• This condo is located on the 2nd floor, there is only a stairwell available for guest use to enter this home. There is no elevator.
• Stroller provided on site.
• Optional children’s item for rent: portable crib and high chair, $75 each.

This is a privately owned home. Inventory will be done on departure. If any damages are found, violators will be billed.
