Surrounded by the natural beauty of Table Rock Lake and just minutes from Branson's world-famous attractions, these homes were designed to be a peaceful retreat where laughter is shared, memories are made, and every guest feels truly welcome.

Large windows immediately draw your attention to sparkling lake views from the moment you arrive. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, all the necessities for preparing meals, and counter seating for four, while the dining table for six provides plenty of room to share breakfast before a day on the water or dinner after exploring Branson. The living room offers two comfortable couches, an armchair, and cable TV, creating a welcoming place to gather between adventures. Just steps away, sliding doors lead from the living room to a private patio where a dining table overlooks the lake, creating a memorable setting for morning coffee and outdoor meals. Whether you're returning from a day at the pool, cruising Table Rock Lake, or taking in Branson's entertainment, Yakov's Pointe offers a front-row seat to one of the Ozarks' most scenic waterfront settings.

This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.

Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, a cable TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity, a Jacuzzi tub, and a walk-in shower.

Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed, a cable TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

• Lot parking for 2 vehicles available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
• This home is a one level, first-floor walk down unit with 9 steps required to reach the main entrance.
• Early Check-In / Late Check Out: These options are based on availability and are NOT INCLUDED in your reservation. Additional fees may apply. Please contact us in advance if you’re interested.
• Bringing a dog? We’re pet-friendly! A $125 pet fee per stay will be applied. THIS FEE IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE YOU PAID and must be paid separately. Please notify us in advance so we can prepare accordingly. A maximum of 1 dog, no more than 30 lbs, may be brought to this home.
• The outdoor communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Pools, Hot Tubs, or any other facilities in the resort are operated and maintained by the HOA. Neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that any are closed for any reason.
• Portable crib available.
• Long-term stays allowed.

Less than 5 minutes from Table Rock Lake, you’re within easy distance to world-class fishing, water sports, boating, swimming, and a generally inviting family atmosphere. You’ll also be within 15 minutes of many outstanding hiking options, including the 362 acres of trails, scenic landscapes, and rolling green glades of the White River Balds Natural Preserve.

This enviable location also puts you within 15 minutes of downtown Branson where you are likely to stumble onto a live music festival, eclectic eateries, trendy boutiques, and local wineries among the more famed attractions of Branson like Silver Dollar City amusement park, Dolly Parton’s Stampede, Pirate Cove Adventure Golf, Bigfoot Fun Park, and the Titanic Museum. It’s no surprise that Branson has been dubbed the “Live Entertainment Capital of the World” considering there is truly something for everyone to enjoy. We recommend taking plenty of time to explore the area by walking, hopping on a bike, or using the free downtown trolley.

- Check-In is 4:00pm and Checkout time is 10:00am.
- This is a "Non-Smoking" property. Smoking or vaping of any kind inside a unit or its close proximity is not permitted. You will be fined $500 plus mitigation costs.
- Pets of any kind are not permitted unless noted as a "Pet Friendly" unit. You will be fined $500 plus double cleaning fees.
- Always observe quiet hours of 10:00PM to 8:00AM, as there are neighbors close by.
- Parties or events of any kind are not allowed.
- Do not move or rearrange the furniture.
- Do not exceed the maximum number of cars or occupants.
- Do not park automobiles in the grass, as they will be ticketed and towed. There is also no trailer, boat, rv, jet ski parking of any sort at the properties.
- Failure to follow these rules/procedures and the rules/procedures stated in the agreed upon rental agreement could result in fines, forfeit of the security deposit, and in some cases being asked to vacate immediately without a refund.
