That's what inspired him to purchase these beautiful condos near Table Rock Lake. He wanted to create more than vacation rentals; he wanted to create welcoming spaces where guests could enjoy peaceful mornings, exciting days exploring Branson, and relaxing evenings surrounded by those they love. When you arrive, you’ll quickly want to drop your bags and head out to your balcony where comfortable seating and incredible views of Table Rock Lake await. Stepping back inside, the living room hosts a comfortable couch, loveseat, recliner, and cable TV, creating a relaxing space to gather and unwind after a day on the water or exploring Branson. You can plan on preparing family meals in the kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances and all the essentials. Then come together at the dining table with seating for up to eight, making it easy for your group to plan the day's adventures. Whatever you’re planning, Yakov's Retreat provides a memorable setting for every moment of your Ozarks getaway.

This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.

Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, a cable TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity, a Jacuzzi tub, and a walk-in shower.

Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed, a cable TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

• Lot parking for 2 vehicles available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
• This home is a one level, second-floor unit with 9 steps required to reach the elevator.
• Early Check-In / Late Check Out: These options are based on availability and are NOT INCLUDED in your reservation. Additional fees may apply. Please contact us in advance if you’re interested.
• Bringing a dog? We’re pet-friendly! A $125 pet fee per stay will be applied. THIS FEE IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE YOU PAID and must be paid separately. Please notify us in advance so we can prepare accordingly. A maximum of 1 dog, no more than 30 lbs, may be brought to this home.
• The outdoor communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Pools, Hot Tubs, or any other facilities in the resort are operated and maintained by the HOA. Neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that any are closed for any reason.
• Portable crib available.
• Long-term stays allowed.

Hollister blends relaxation and convenience, making it an ideal home base for exploring the beauty and adventure of southwest Missouri.

Less than 5 minutes from Table Rock Lake, you’re within easy distance to world-class fishing, water sports, boating, swimming, and a generally inviting family atmosphere. You’ll also be within 15 minutes of many outstanding hiking options, including the 362 acres of trails, scenic landscapes, and rolling green glades of the White River Balds Natural Preserve.

This enviable location also puts you within 15 minutes of downtown Branson where you are likely to stumble onto a live music festival, eclectic eateries, trendy boutiques, and local wineries among the more famed attractions of Branson like Silver Dollar City amusement park, Dolly Parton’s Stampede, Pirate Cove Adventure Golf, Bigfoot Fun Park, and the Titanic Museum. It’s no surprise that Branson has been dubbed the “Live Entertainment Capital of the World” considering there is truly something for everyone to enjoy. We recommend taking plenty of time to explore the area by walking, hopping on a bike, or using the free downtown trolley.

- Check-In is 4:00pm and Checkout time is 10:00am.
- This is a "Non-Smoking" property. Smoking or vaping of any kind inside a unit or its close proximity is not permitted. You will be fined $500 plus mitigation costs.
- Pets of any kind are not permitted unless noted as a "Pet Friendly" unit. You will be fined $500 plus double cleaning fees.
- Always observe quiet hours of 10:00PM to 8:00AM, as there are neighbors close by.
- Parties or events of any kind are not allowed.
- Do not move or rearrange the furniture.
- Do not exceed the maximum number of cars or occupants.
- Do not park automobiles in the grass, as they will be ticketed and towed. There is also no trailer, boat, rv, jet ski parking of any sort at the properties.
- Failure to follow these rules/procedures and the rules/procedures stated in the agreed upon rental agreement could result in fines, forfeit of the security deposit, and in some cases being asked to vacate immediately without a refund.
