Inside, the living room features a comfortable sofa, a smart TV, and a wood-burning fireplace, creating a cozy place to gather after a day outdoors. A separate sitting area beside the windows offers a quiet spot to take in the surrounding scenery. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, both drip and single-cup on-demand coffee makers, and counter seating for two. Nearby, a high-top table is positioned by the windows, while the main dining table comfortably seats up to eight for shared meals.

Step outside to the spacious deck, where tree-lined mountain and lake views provide the backdrop for every moment. Lounge seating offers a place to relax, while the outdoor dining table is ready for al fresco meals fresh off the grill. End the evening around the fire pit or unwind in the hammock, surrounded by the sights and sounds of the mountains.

This home comfortably sleeps 5 guests between 3 private bedrooms.

Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, a wood-burning fireplace, patio access and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity (located just outside the bathroom) and a shower/tub combo.

Bedroom #2 includes a twin size bed and a desk.

Bedroom #3 includes 2 twin size beds and patio access.

This home also includes two additional full guest bathrooms; one with a single vanity and a walk-in shower, and another with a pedestal sink and a shower/tub combo.

• Washer and dryer in home.
• Driveway parking for 2 vehicles available. There is a gate at the entrance.
• This home is equipped with four (4) external security cameras;
o (1) located at the front gate and actively monitoring the driveway,

o (3) located at the left side of the deck and actively monitoring the deck and lake areas,
o (4) located at the corner of unit B and actively monitoring the unit.

Thank you for considering Sunsky at Skyforest for your mountain getaway. Before booking, please review the information below to ensure the home is a good fit for your group. By completing your reservation, you acknowledge and agree to follow all house rules, Grand Welcome’s policies, and San Bernardino County ordinances. Failure to comply may result in fines, eviction without refund, or other penalties imposed by San Bernardino County or property management.

Occupancy
• Do not exceed the maximum occupancy of 5 people the home at any time.
• Children count toward total occupancy.
• Day visitors and additional guests are not permitted.
• The primary guest making the reservation must be at least 21 years old.

Parking
• Parking is limited to two driveway spaces.
• Street parking is prohibited throughout San Bernardino County for short-term rentals.
• County enforcement is active, and violations may result in citations, towing, or other penalties.
• During winter weather, Caltrans requires all drivers to carry chains and/or have 4WD, AWD to access the property. The road leading up to the house is narrow and does not get regularly plowed.

No Parties or Events
This home is in a quiet residential neighborhood and is intended for registered guests only. Parties, events, and large gatherings are not permitted.

Smoking & Illegal Substances
Smoking, vaping, and the use of illegal substances are not permitted anywhere on the property.

Pets
This home does not allow pets/dogs.

Quiet Hours
Lake Arrowhead/Skyforest is a peaceful mountain community. Please be respectful of neighboring homes.
• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
• Amplified music may not be heard beyond the property line at any time.

Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your trip investment.
Refunds are not provided for circumstances outside of our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, road closures, evacuations, power outages, health-related disruptions, insects, pollen, or other natural mountain conditions.

Winter Conditions
Mountain weather can change quickly.
• Caltrans requires all vehicles to carry chains, including AWD and 4WD vehicles. You will need chains and 4WD to get to this house in the snow.
• The road to this property is narrow and does not get plowed regularly.
• Shovels are provided should snowfall occur during your stay.
• Firewood is not provided.
• Power outages occasionally occur in mountain communities and are beyond our control.
• Please put away outdoor cushions and the hammock during rain or snow. Thank you.

Air Conditioning
This home has air conditioning.

Fire Safety
The San Bernardino Mountains is a high fire-risk area. Please help us protect our forest and community.
• Fireworks are strictly prohibited.
• Wood-burning fire pits and charcoal BBQs are not permitted. The firepit and BBQ provided are gas/propane and must be attended to at all times during usage.
• No smoking inside or outside the house.

Wildlife & Mountain Living
One of the joys of the mountains is sharing the area with local wildlife. You may see bears, deer, bobcats, raccoons, squirrels, mice, spiders, bats, flies, moths, ants, and other native species during your stay. The property is professionally serviced for pest control; however, wildlife and insects are a normal part of mountain living.

To help prevent unwanted visits:
• Keep the doors and windows closed.
• Store food properly.
• Secure trash bin lids.
• Lock vehicles and the home when leaving.

Damages
Please treat the home with care and notify us immediately if anything is damaged or not functioning properly. Reporting issues promptly allows us to resolve them quickly and minimize any inconvenience during your stay. Guests are responsible for damage caused by negligence, misuse, or intentional acts.

Security
For the safety of our guests and property, this home is equipped with exterior security cameras. There are no interior cameras.

Lost-and-found items can be returned upon request. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the guest and are subject to a minimum handling fee of $50.
