Abbey Springs Pool & Beach Condo

Inside the condo, the living room features a large wraparound couch where everyone can stretch out, a smart TV mounted above the fireplace, and two sets of glass doors paired with oversized windows that fill the space with natural light. The open kitchen features white stone countertops, stainless steel appliances, and both a drip coffee maker and Keurig for convenient mornings. For your family meals, gather around the nook-style dining area, complete with a table seating up to eight guests with a combination of chairs and bench seating. When you’re planning an evening in, the loft provides an additional place to unwind with a smart TV and games, creating a dedicated spot for entertainment. This condo also allows you to enjoy the fresh air from your private deck with an outdoor dining table for al fresco meals and comfortable seating for evenings spent under the stars.

Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed and a smart TV.
Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity, a clawfoot bathtub, and a walk-in shower.
Bedroom #3 includes 2 sets of full-over-full bunk beds and a smart TV.
This home also includes 2 additional full guest bathrooms; both with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• Starting in September 2026, there may be active construction at the lakefront (yacht club/restaurants, beach, etc.). Abbey Springs may limit or close lakefront amenities at any time. As such, host is not responsible for the lack of availability of any community-provided amenities.
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Parking lot parking is available for 2 vehicles. Any additional cars may park at the clubhouse.
• Golf cart is available approximately May-September. Renter will be required to sign an additional agreement before being given access to the golf cart key.
• Upon entering the neighborhood, guests will need to check in at the security checkpoint where they will issue access cards and parking pass(es). No more than 8 guests will be allowed onto the grounds of the community. Guest passes for community amenities are included in the nightly rate.
• This home is equipped with 2 external security cameras: (1) located on the second-story deck and monitoring the entirety of the deck area, and (2) a Ring doorbell located at the main entrance and monitoring the walkway up to the house.
• The Abbey Springs community provides the indoor and outdoor pools, hot tub, sport courts, arcade, fitness center, beach, lakefront park, and restaurants. We generally expect them to be open and available year-round (besides the outdoor amenities being available seasonally), but their availability is at the discretion of the community. As such, host is not responsible for the lack of availability of any community-provided amenities.
