The living room includes a large sectional sofa, two chairs, and a smart TV for relaxing together at the end of the day. Between the kitchen and living spaces, the dining table seats eight besides sliding glass doors that bring in plenty of natural light and open directly to the patio, where a dining table and comfortable seating overlook the water. The fenced-in yard extends to the waterfront, providing a pleasant outdoor space to enjoy the view, sip your morning coffee, or spend time with family and friends.

This home comfortably sleeps 7 guests between 3 private bedrooms.

Bedroom #1 includes a set of twin-over-full size bunk beds and a smart TV.

Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed and a smart TV.

Bedroom #3 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

This home also includes a half bathroom and a full guest bathroom with a pedestal sink and a shower/tub combo.

Check-in: 4:00 PM Check-out: By 10:00 AM (late checkout only upon prior approval) No unregistered guests allowed on the property at any time. No parties or events are allowed. Violation will result in immediate eviction without refund. Quiet hours: 9:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Please be mindful of neighbors.

Smoking & Substances:
Absolutely no smoking of any kind inside the home (vaping included). Subject to $500 fine. No illegal substances allowed on the property. Smoking outside is permitted only in designated areas and cigarette butts must be disposed of properly.

Pets:
Pets are not allowed at this property. Service animals must be reported, never left unattended, and any damages will result in additional charges.

Cleanliness & Maintenance:
Please treat our home with respect—just as you would your own. Report any damage, maintenance issues, or concerns immediately so we can address them promptly. Excessive mess or damage beyond normal wear and tear may result in additional charges.

Safety & Security:
Lock all doors and windows when you leave the property. Do not tamper with smoke detectors, security systems, or exterior cameras. Only use appliances and equipment as intended.

Before You Leave:
Please take out the trash and place it in the designated bins. Load used dishes into the dishwasher and start the cycle. Turn off lights, set AC to 78F, and turn off all appliances before departing.
