A beautifully updated condo featuring coastal-inspired details, comfortable furnishings,
shiplap accents, brand-new appliances, granite countertops, luxury vinyl flooring, and
more. The spacious layout includes a king-size master bedroom, a queen sleeper sofa, and
hallway twin bunk beds ideal for families. Located just steps from the beach and pool, this
inviting retreat provides the perfect setting to unwind, create memories, and enjoy
everything Destin has to offer.

Living Room
Step into a bright, open living space designed with comfort and relaxation in mind. The
coastal-inspired décor, comfortable sleeper sofa, and large flat-screen TV create the
perfect setting for movie nights or unwinding after a day at the beach. Natural light pours in
through the French doors, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere while offering easy
access to enjoy the fresh Gulf breeze.

Kitchen
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals throughout your stay.
Featuring beautiful granite countertops, brand-new stainless steel appliances, and ample
cabinet space, you'll also find all the essential cookware, dishes, glassware, utensils, and
small appliances needed for cooking and dining. A Keurig coffee maker is also provided,
making it easy to enjoy your morning coffee from the comfort of your condo. Whether
you're brewing your morning coffee, packing snacks for the beach, or preparing a family
dinner, this thoughtfully stocked kitchen makes it easy to feel right at home.

Dining Area
Enjoy meals together in the comfortable dining area, featuring seating for four at the dining
table and additional seating for two at the bar top. Whether you’re enjoying a family
breakfast, a home-cooked dinner, or a casual snack before heading to the beach, this
inviting space provides the perfect spot to gather and create memories during your stay.

Master Bedroom
After a fun-filled day on the Emerald Coast, retreat to the spacious master bedroom
featuring a plush king-size bed with crisp linens and calming coastal décor. A television in
the master bedroom provides added convenience and entertainment for a comfortable
night in.

Bathroom
The updated bathroom offers a clean, bright, and refreshing space to start or end your day.
Enjoy the spacious vanity with ample counter space, a shower/tub combination, fresh
towels, and complimentary starter toiletries to make your stay as comfortable and
convenient as possible.

Back Patio
Back Patio Access: Step outside to your extended private back patio with comfortable
outdoor seating and a dining table, the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee, share a
meal outdoors, unwind with an evening drink, or relax after a day at the beach. Enjoy
private access to the pool directly from your patio, creating a convenient and relaxing experience just steps from the water. Surrounded by a peaceful setting and just steps from
the beach, it's an inviting space to soak in the fresh coastal air.

Things to Note
• A stackable washer and dryer are available in the condo for your convenience
during your stay.
• The Gulf is easily accessible with only one road to cross before arriving at the
beach.
• Guests have access to the community pool area, which features comfortable
lounge seating for relaxing by the water.
• Enjoy the outdoor charcoal grill and picnic area, perfect for preparing meals and
spending time together outside.
• A community hot tub is available for guest use, providing the perfect place to
unwind after a day of exploring the Emerald Coast.• Maximum of two (2) vehicles
per unit, a parking pass must be displayed on dashboard, noncompliance subject
to towing.
• Golf carts count as a vehicle
• Only gas-powered golf carts are permitted
• We provide starter packs of amenities to get you started during the first 24 hours of
your stay (toilet paper, paper towels, travel size toiletries, trash bags, and coffee),
please plan accordingly if you anticipate needing more for you and your guests
• Minimum age of primary renter: 25 (HOA requirement, no flexibility)
• No boats, boat trailers, golf cart trailers, or RVs are permitted to be parked within
the community.
• Must observe quiet hours between 8 pm and 8am
• No smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes permitted inside or outside on the property
• Trash must be stored and discarded in dumpster in parking lot

A Note on Kitchen Supplies
For sanitary reasons and to accommodate a wide range of guest preferences, the home
does not provide consumable kitchen items such as seasonings, cooking oil, coffee filters,
aluminum foil, plastic wrap, or food storage bags. We recommend bringing any items you
plan to use during your stay. Thank you for your understanding.

A Note on Cleaning Supplies
While cleaning chemicals are not provided during your stay, each home is equipped with
basic tools for your convenience, including a vacuum, mop, mop bucket, broom, and
dustpan. If you prefer to use specific cleaning products, you’re welcome to bring your own.
We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy a comfortable and relaxing stay.

Important Noise Disclosure
This condo is located within a multi-unit building and shares walls, floors, and/or ceilings
with neighboring residences. As a result, noise from nearby units may be heard at times.
This is a normal part of condo living and is not considered a maintenance issue. By
booking, guests acknowledge and accept this possibility.

breakfast, lunch, coffee, smoothies, and alcoholic beverages, making it an ideal stop any
time of day—whether you’re grabbing a morning latte, a light bite, or winding down with a
drink after the beach. Best of all, it’s just a 3-minute walk from the condo.

Essentials & Guidebook
We provide a starter supply of essentials to help you settle comfortably. In each bathroom,
you’ll find travel-size body wash, body bar, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and two rolls of
toilet paper. In the kitchen, we include one sponge, one roll of paper towels, travel-size
liquid dish detergent, one packet of dishwasher detergent, and two trash bags per trash
can.
We also provide one packet of powdered laundry detergent. For longer stays or if you need
more, nearby stores make restocking easy.
We provide a complimentary digital guidebook to make your stay effortless. From the best
local brunch spots and hidden beaches to check-in instructions and house rules, you’ll
have everything you need right on your phone or tablet!
