Inside, the partially open-concept layout connects the living room and kitchen into one comfortable space. The living area features a daybed, two comfortable chairs, and a cable TV, providing a cozy place to relax after a day exploring the area. The galley-style kitchen is fully equipped for preparing simple meals and includes a microwave, refrigerator, a coffee bar with a single-cup coffee maker, and a round dining table with seating for four. Whether you're enjoying a quiet morning before heading to the river or returning after an evening of live music in Gruene, Shiner Suite offers a comfortable home base in the heart of New Braunfels.

This studio comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 1 private bedroom as well as a twin size daybed with a twin size trundle bed in the living room.

The bedroom includes 2 queen size beds, a smart TV also equipped with cable, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo. The tub is a jetted Whirlpool tub.

THINGS TO NOTE
• Communal washer and dryer available in the closet in the breezeway of the building.
• No pets allowed. Unauthorized pets result in a $350 fee and may require immediate removal with no refund.
• This home is one of the downstairs guestrooms of the 2nd building on the right as you enter the property.
• Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM.
• This home is a sister unit to other units in the building.
• Please also note that this unit is part of a larger rental property that includes several smaller units and combination units, so guests may see other guests coming and going and enjoying the shared common areas such as the parking areas, pool, playground, and grounds.

- Please be respectful of other guests on the property and keep excessive noise to a minimum, especially during quiet hours of 10:00 PM–8:00 AM.
- The pool closes at 10:00 PM, no exceptions.
- Please only flush waste or toilet paper — no wipes, paper towels, etc.
- No jumping or diving into the pool.
- No glass within 20 feet of the pool; broken glass requires draining the pool (minimum $500 fee assessed).
- No linens or towels may be removed from the property to use at the river.
- No pets allowed. Unauthorized pets result in a $350 fee and may require immediate removal with no refund.
