Multiple units include private patios or outdoor seating, creating additional places to enjoy coffee or meals. The individual accommodations each have their own character, from Southwest-inspired units to German-influenced units. THINGS TO NOTE
• Communal laundry is available for your stay, located in the closet of Building 3’s breezeway. There are in-unit washer and dryers in buildings 1 and 2.
• Parking for up to 16 vehicles in all, with several covered parking stalls available. Additional parking is located in the gravel lot across from Building 6.
• No pets allowed. Unauthorized pets result in a $350 fee and may require immediate removal with no refund.
• Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM.
• Gruene Cottages is an entire bed and breakfast property in the heart of historic downtown Gruene.
• Minimum Stay: 3 nights.
• This property is equipped with external security cameras located on the outside of various buildings, actively monitoring shared common areas including the parking area, pool, and playscape.

- The pool closes at 10:00 PM, no exceptions.
- Please only flush waste or toilet paper — no wipes, paper towels, etc.
- No jumping or diving into the pool.
- No glass within 20 feet of the pool; broken glass requires draining the pool (minimum $500 fee assessed).
- No linens or towels may be removed from the property to use at the river.
- No pets allowed. Unauthorized pets result in a $350 fee and may require immediate removal with no refund.
