Guest access:
Guests have access to the home's living and dining areas, kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms, private screened pool and lanai, washer and dryer, and driveway.
Driveway parking is available for up to 2 vehicles.

Please note:
• Overnight street parking is not permitted.
• Parking on the grass is prohibited.
• RVs, motorhomes, buses, trailers, and boats are not permitted.

Optional extra:
BBQ grill rental: $95 per stay
Please request BBQ grill or high chair rentals at least 48 hours before arrival so they can be prepared before your stay.

Pet-friendly stays:
Up to 3 dogs are welcome. Breed and size restrictions apply, ask for additional information. Cats are not permitted.
A $ 35 fee per dog, per night applies and should be included through the Airbnb reservation.
Guests are responsible for their pets and for any damage or excessive cleaning caused during the stay.

Important house rules:
No smoking or vaping. This is a strictly non-smoking property. Violator will be fined $500 plus mitigation costs
Maximum occupancy: 10 guests.
Maximum parking: 2 vehicles. Do not park on the grass or in prohibited areas. Vehicles may be ticketed or towed for violating community parking restrictions.
Quiet hours: 9:00 PM–7:00 AM. Please be respectful of neighboring homes and keep outdoor noise to a minimum during these hours.
Guests are expected to follow all property, and community house rules throughout their stay.
The thermostat is remotely controlled and locked at a minimum of 71°F, This setting helps prevent the AC system from freezing up and ensures it operates properly throughout your stay.
This is a privately owned home. The property is inspected following departure, and guests may be responsible for documented damage beyond normal wear and tear.”

Do not park automobiles in the grass, as you will be towed/ticketed
Always observe quiet hours after 9PM-7AM, as there are neighbors close by
Failure to follow these rules/procedures and the rules/procedures stated in the agreed upon rental agreement could result in fines, forfeit of the security deposit, and in some cases being asked to leave without a refund.
