Guests have access to the home and its private vacation amenities, including the living and dining areas, kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms, game room, screened pool area, washer and dryer, and driveway.

Guests may also enjoy the available Hampton Lakes community recreational amenities, including the basketball court, tennis court, beach volleyball court, and lakeside seating area.

Driveway parking is available for up to 2 vehicles.

BBQ grill rental: $95 per stay

Please request optional amenities at least 48 hours before arrival so they can be arranged in advance. Any applicable payments should be handled through Airbnb.

Pet-friendly stays:
Up to 2 dogs are welcome. Breed and size restrictions apply, ask for additional information. Cats are not permitted.

A $35 fee per dog, per night applies and should be included through the Airbnb reservation.

Guests are responsible for their pets and for any damage or excessive cleaning caused during the stay.

No smoking or vaping. This is a strictly non-smoking property. Violators will be fined $500 plus mitigation costs

Maximum parking: 2 vehicles. Do not park on the grass. Vehicles parked in prohibited areas may be ticketed or towed.

Quiet hours: 9:00 PM–7:00 AM. This home is located in a residential vacation community, and guests must be respectful of neighboring homes.
Please follow all property, community, and Airbnb house rules throughout your stay.

The thermostat is remotely controlled and locked at a minimum of 71°F, This setting helps prevent the AC system from freezing up and ensures it operates properly throughout your stay.

This is a privately owned home. The property is inspected following departure, and guests may be responsible for documented damage beyond normal wear and tear."
