Bedroom #1 includes a king-size bed, smart TV with cable, patio access, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower.

Bedroom #2 includes two twin-size beds, smart TV with cable, and an ensuite full bathroom with a single vanity and shower.

Bedroom #3 includes two twin-size beds, smart TV with cable, and an ensuite full bathroom with a single vanity, and shower/tub combo

Bedroom #4 includes a king-size bed, smart TV with cable, desk, chaise lounger, and an ensuite full bathroom with a single vanity and shower.

There is an additional half bathroom conveniently located on the first floor.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• Parking is available for up to 2 vehicles in the parking lot.
• Guests may choose to access the resort amenities for $100 per day, as rental of the property does not automatically include resort access.
• An optional off-site BBQ rental is available for $150.
• An optional Pack & Play, and highchair rental is available for $75 each.
• Washer and dryer are available for guest use in the home.

Kissimmee puts guests in the heart of Central Florida's popular vacation corridor, with easy access to Walt Disney World Resort, Universal Orlando Resort, SeaWorld Orlando, and other area attractions. Nearby Sunset Walk offers restaurants, shopping, entertainment, and Island H2O Water Park, while the surrounding area provides plenty of options for dining, recreation, and family-friendly activities.


This property is non-smoking. Violator will be fined $500 plus mitigation costs
Pets are not allowed. Violator will be fined $500 plus cleaning costs
Do not exceed the maximum number of cars or occupants
Do not park automobiles in the grass, as you will be towed/ticketed
Always observe quiet hours after 9PM-7AM, as there are neighbors close by
Failure to follow these rules/procedures and the rules/procedures stated in the agreed upon rental agreement could result in fines, forfeit of the security deposit, and in some cases being asked to leave without a refund.
This is a privately owned home. Inventory will be done on departure. If any damages are found, violators will be billed.
