This home comfortably sleeps 4 guests between 1 private bedroom and a queen size sleeper sofa in the bonus den.

Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, balcony access, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower.

Bonus Den includes a queen size sleeper sofa.

There is also a second full bathroom with a single vanity and shower.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• This home requires a 30-night minimum stay.
• Washer and dryer are available for guest use in the home.
• Building management requires approximately 10 days to process and approve all new reservations; please provide the full names and photo IDs of all guests well in advance to ensure approval is completed before your arrival.
• Upon arrival, all guests are required to complete a brief mandatory orientation with building management.
• Garage parking is available for up to 1 vehicle at no charge for monthly stays — all monthly rates and registration fees are covered.
• Please note that parking passes are strictly assigned to specific individuals and vehicles, so guests will need to register your vehicle in person upon arrival.
• To obtain your parking pass, guests will drive to the Universal Parking office nearby — the precise address will be provided ahead of check-in. Simply complete the necessary forms and pick up your physical pass upon arrival.
