When you arrive, step outside to the private patio, where outdoor seating and a grill make it easy to enjoy a meal in the fresh air. You can also head to the community pool for a swim before coming inside to the open living area, where a large sectional, additional seating, and a smart TV create a comfortable place to gather. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a dining table with seating for eight, and additional counter seating for casual meals or morning coffee.

This home comfortably sleeps 12 guests between 5 bedrooms.

Bedroom #1 includes a king-size bed and a smart TV.

Bedroom #2 includes twin-over-twin bunk beds and a smart TV.

Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed, a smart TV, and a Juliet balcony, with an ensuite bathroom featuring a shower/tub combo.

Bedroom #4 includes a queen size bed and a smart TV, with an ensuite bathroom featuring a shower/tub combo.

Bedroom #5 includes a king size bed and a smart TV, with an ensuite bathroom featuring a separate shower and tub.

There is also a full bathroom on the first floor with a shower/tub combo.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• Parking is available for up to 4 vehicles, with 2 spaces in the driveway and 2 in the garage. Please do not block or park in other townhome driveways. No trailer or boat parking is available. No vehicles or golf carts may be parked in front of the pool area.
• Washer and dryer in home.
• This home is equipped with 1 external security camera at the front entrance, monitoring the front walkway.

Miramar Beach offers easy access to the Gulf, with Miramar Beach Regional Beach Access just 0.3 miles away. You’ll also be close to shopping, dining, and everyday essentials, making it easy to spend your days at the beach, enjoy a meal by the water, or explore more of the area.
