Bedroom #2 includes two twin beds and a smart TV, with Tinkerbell and Frozen-themed décor.

Bedroom #3 includes two twin beds and a smart TV, with Spider-Man-themed décor.

Bedroom #4 includes a king-size bed, a smart TV, patio access, and an ensuite bathroom with a separate shower and tub and a dual vanity.

There is also a second full bathroom with a shower/tub combo and a single vanity.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• This property is not generally pet-friendly; however, dogs may be considered on a case-by-case basis with prior approval. A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed at $35 per pet, per day. Cats are not permitted. Violent or uninsurable breeds are not permitted, and additional breed, HOA, insurance, or property restrictions may apply. The pet fee does not cover any damage caused by pets. Please contact Guest Services after booking to request approval. Please do not bring a dog to the property without prior approval.
• Parking is available for up to 2 vehicles in the driveway. Street parking is not permitted. Commercial vehicles are only allowed during daylight hours. Please do not park on the grass or block sidewalks.
• Optional pool heat is available for $29 per night for the full stay, with a 3-night minimum.
• An optional onsite BBQ is available for $95. Please contact Guest Services after booking and provide 48 hours' notice.

Always observe quiet hours after 9PM-7AM, as there are neighbors close by
Failure to follow these rules/procedures and the rules/procedures stated in the agreed upon rental agreement could result in fines, forfeit of the security deposit, and in some cases being asked to leave without a refund.
This is a privately owned home. Inventory will be done on departure. If any damages are found, violators will be billed.
