When you arrive, step onto the private balcony where outdoor seating and water views create a great spot to start or end the day. Back inside, the living room features comfortable seating, a smart TV, and an electric fireplace. The open kitchen includes a Keurig coffee maker, while the dining area offers seating for four with additional counter seating for two.

This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 3 private bedrooms.

Bedroom #1 includes a king-size bed, a smart TV, balcony access, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower and two sinks.

Bedroom #2 includes two twin-size beds.

Bedroom #3 includes a queen-size bed and a smart TV.

There is also a second full bathroom with a shower/tub combo and a single sink.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• This is a third-floor unit. Parking is located on the second floor, and one flight of stairs is required to reach the main entrance.
• Docks are not accessible to guests.
• Parking is available for up to 2 vehicles. Blue parking passes are required and must be displayed at all times.
• Guests are responsible for taking trash to the community dumpsters. A $100 fine applies for trash violations.
• Parking passes must be returned at the end of the stay or a $100 fine will apply.
• Washer and dryer in home.

With shops, restaurants, and bars nearby, the area offers plenty of ways to spend an afternoon or evening.

- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM–8:00 AM — please be mindful of noise.
- We recommend children under the age of 12 wear a flotation device while swimming in the local community pools.
- We require all guests to adhere to local state laws requiring children under the age of 12 to be accompanied by an adult and wear a certified PFD near or in lake water.
