This home also includes three additional full guest bathrooms - two on the upper level, each with a single vanity and shower/tub combo, and one on the lower level with a single vanity and walk-in shower.

• Guest parking includes a 1-car garage and driveway space for 4 additional vehicles (5 total); a parking pass must be displayed on the dashboard unless parked in the garage.
• A washer and dryer are available for guest use.
• This home is equipped with 1 external security camera, located on the bannister in the front area and monitoring the parking & entry areas.

Please note that the City of South Lake Tahoe has enacted local short-term rental ordinances to ensure that all guests and neighbors can enjoy the Tahoe area respectfully and peacefully. These are not Grand Welcome's rules — they are actual laws, and violations are taken very seriously.

The following are strictly prohibited per local ordinance:

- Excessive noise, parties, or events of any kind.
- Exceeding the maximum occupancy of the home.
- Extra vehicles, street parking, or parking on dirt areas.
- Hot tub use after 10:00 PM — this is strictly enforced.
- Leaving trash outside the home.

Please be aware that neighbors are fully aware of these laws and will report violations to local police. If the police are called, you may be issued a significant fine, and each violation counts as a strike against the owner's rental permit — three strikes results in the permanent loss of their ability to rent. Our local team is on standby to receive calls from neighbors and law enforcement, so please don't be surprised if you receive a courtesy text from us — it is simply our team doing their job and is not meant to be intrusive.

Please note that Grand Welcome reserves the right to issue fines of up to $2,000 or evict your party for failure to comply with any of the above.
