• Upon arrival, please check in at the front desk to receive your condominium access cards. Please note that prior to your arrival, we will reach out to request the full names and a photo (selfie) of each adult guest in your party — access cards cannot be prepared without this information.
• Community amenities including pools, hot tubs, gyms, and any other shared facilities are operated and maintained by the HOA or community/property management and are subject to availability. Neither Grand Welcome nor the property owner are responsible or liable for any refunds or compensation in the event that any amenity is temporarily closed, restricted, or unavailable for any reason.
• Guest parking includes 1 parking lot space; no parking pass required.
