The open eat-in kitchen keeps things simple with a Keurig, espresso machine, and stainless-steel appliances, while the dining table seats four for easy meals together. A washer and dryer are also available, so packing light is never a problem.

• This home is part of the Coosawattee River Resort community. Community amenities such as pools, tennis and pickleball courts, a fitness center, game room, and river parks are managed separately by the resort; access requirements and any associated fees are set by the resort and are not part of your reservation.
• This home is pet friendly. Pets may not exceed 30 lbs each. A pet fee of $100 per pet applies to reservations with pets. This fee may already be included in your reservation total, depending on where you booked. If the fee has not already been paid, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking to complete payment.
• A $300 fine will be assessed for any undisclosed dogs or evidence of an undisclosed dog found on the property.
• Prior to arrival, the names of all drivers must be provided so they can be added to the gate access list.
• This home is equipped with 1 external Ring security camera, located at the front porch and monitoring the driveway.
• Driveway parking is available for up to 4 vehicles; no parking pass required.
• A $250 fee applies for loose trash left in the trash can.
