The dining table seats 6, while the fully equipped kitchen offers ample counter space and the essentials for preparing meals. A Black & Decker 12-cup drip coffee maker is also available for a fresh cup of coffee to start the day. Just beyond, the spacious living room features a large L-shaped couch arranged around the indoor fireplace, while a smart TV with cable is available for evening entertainment.

This home comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests across 4 bedrooms.

Bedroom 1 features a king-size bed and a smart TV.

Bedroom 2 includes a king-size bed and a smart TV.

Bedroom 3 offers a twin-over-full bunk bed, a twin bed, and a smart TV.

Bedroom 4 features a queen-size bed and a smart TV.

This home also includes 2 full guest bathrooms, with 1 bathroom on each floor. Each bathroom features a single vanity and a shower/tub combination.

THINGS TO NOTE:
- Washer and dryer are available in the home.
- Parking is available for up to 2 vehicles in the lot. Spaces are not designated, and vehicles must be parked in the parking lot only. A parking pass is required and must be displayed on the dashboard.
- This home is pet-friendly. An additional pet fee of $50 per pet applies and is not included in the total booking cost. To pay your pet fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking.
- This home is equipped with (2) exterior Ring system security cameras: (1) is located at the front door and monitors the front entryway and (1) is located in the hallway and monitors the elevator exit, stairs, and entry to the unit.

Beyond the outdoor scenery, the area offers local shops, restaurants, waterfront spots, and attractions to explore throughout the year. Warmer months invite time by the water, while winter brings a snowy landscape for seasonal recreation. Whether you’re visiting for outdoor exploration or a change of pace in the mountains, the South Shore offers plenty to discover.

- No excessive noise, parties or events of any kind.
- No over occupying the home/having extra people.
- No extra cars, street or on-dirt parking.
- No hot tub use after 10pm, if applicable. This one is strict at 10pm!
- No Leaving trash outside.

**Neighbors are fully aware of these laws and will unfortunately report renters to the local police if not followed. If the police are called, they may issue you a large fine. It’s also a strike against this owners rental permit. 3 strikes and they lose their permit and ability to rent indefinitely so it’s really important all of the laws are followed. Our local team is on standby to receive calls from the neighbors and police so don’t be surprised if you get a courtesy text from us. It is not meant to disturb you in anyway, it’s just our team doing their job. Please note, we reserve the right to fine you up to $2,000 or evict your party for not following any of the above laws. We absolutely despise doing this so please, if you get a text from us make sure to heed our warning.
