THINGS TO NOTE:
- A washer and dryer are available for guest use.
- Championsgate is a gated community. The names of all guests must be submitted before arrival, and anyone not on the registered guest list will be denied entry at the gate.
- Parking is available for up to 5 vehicles in designated parking stalls. A parking pass is required, and 5 passes are available for guests. The resort allows a maximum of 5 cars or 3 large passenger vans. Vehicles with expired tags, vehicles parked in a fire lane or in front of a fire hydrant and abandoned or inoperable vehicles will be towed.
- A complimentary shuttle bus runs within the community to and from the Oasis Club and Retreat Club.
- Private pool heat is available as an optional add-on for $39 per day. It must be requested at least 48 hours in advance and applies to the full length of stay.
- An onsite BBQ grill is available for an optional fee of $95.
- Portable crib and highchair available.
- This home is equipped with (2) external security cameras: (1) located at the entryway and actively monitoring the front walkway, (2) located at the pool and actively monitoring the pool area.

- Failure to follow these rules/procedures and the rules/procedures stated in the agreed upon rental agreement could result in fines, forfeit of the security deposit, and in some cases being asked to leave without a refund.

- This is a privately owned home. Inventory will be done on departure. If any damages are found, violators will be billed.
