I stayed for a week and have a 1 year old. The house in general was not clean. The floors were dirty, hair, dirt/debris and even false nails and lashes. My mom found a band aid in her sheets. And the sheets were dusty. The pool was disgusting with green mold/moss we couldn’t use it once. The club house is actually nice with a lazy river. The main TV especially was difficult to use and we were not able to get streaming services. There were 3 remotes and no instructions. So we could not watch tv as a family or in the common area. Also I had to ask a few times for my guest to be added to the list. Which resulted in him not being let into the property and having to wait approx 20 mins. The air vents were not cleaned and I ended up getting sick due to the dust. It sucks to get sick on vacation. The water temperature was off in different parts of the house and two people can’t shower with hot water at once. I have stayed at a lot of air bnbs before and this was my worst experience.
