• Parking is available for up to 3 vehicles in the driveway.
• This home is off-grid and runs entirely on solar energy. We kindly ask guests to be mindful of energy use to help keep everything running smoothly.
• This home is accessed by an unpaved dirt road from S. Highway 1. The road may be uneven or rough in areas, so AWD or 4WD is recommended for easier access.
• This home is supplied by a private well. Water pressure is typically strong but may decrease when multiple showers or appliances are using water at the same time.
• This is a multilevel home—stairs are required to access this home as well as the lower level.
• This home is not pet friendly. If there is found evidence of an animal's presence during your stay or post check-out, guests will be charged an additional cleaning fee.
• Check-in time is 4:00 PM and checkout time is 10:00 AM.

House Rules
• Must be 18+ to book.
• Smoking or vaping is NOT permitted anywhere on the property.
• No events, parties, or group gatherings unless pre-approved.
• Vacation rental use only.
• Check-In/Check-Out:
A fee of $75 per hour will be charged for any unauthorized stay beyond the checkout time.
Early check-in requests within 24 hours of arrival.
Late check-out requests by 10 AM the day before departure.
Early check-in and late check-out may incur a fee up to $100.
• Occupancy:
Follow city occupancy rules; children under 2 are not counted.
Over-occupancy incurs a $500 fine per extra person.
• Quiet Hours:
9 PM – 8 AM; noise under 60 dBA.
$500 fine for noise violations.
• Property Inspection:
Notify us of any issues immediately.
We may inspect at any time for rule violations.
• Pets:
This home is not pet friendly. If there is found evidence of an animal's presence during your stay or post check-out, guests will be charged an additional cleaning fee.
• Cleaning:
Please bag all garbage and dispose of it in the trash bins located to the left of the front porch.
Extra trash incurs a $150 fee.
• Utilities & Appliances:
Normal utility usage included. Excessive use could incur additional charges.
Only use the designated EV charger if available. Charging electric vehicles from non-designated outlets may result in additional fines.
Use appliances as intended.
• Parking:

No illegal activities or hazardous materials.
Properties may have surveillance.
• Maintenance:

No refunds for mechanical failures.
