Rekindled Lodge – Mountain Views

When you arrive, you'll want to drop your bags and head straight out to the deck, where the grill and outdoor seating make the most of those mountain views. Back inside, the living room, kitchen, and dining area share one open floor plan, so the whole group stays together. Movie nights center on the 70-inch smart TV, with a big couch and a futon couch giving everyone a seat. The kitchen is set up for group meals around a massive island with counter seating for 4, while the dining table seats 8 for family dinners and planning the next day's adventures. When it's time for some friendly competition, head downstairs to the game room, where kids and adults can shoot pool, gather at the bar, or kick back on the couches by a second smart TV and fireplace. After the last game, the hot tub is right outside for an evening soak. Whatever you're planning, Rekindled Lodge gives everyone room to spread out and plenty of ways to spend time together.

This home comfortably sleeps 10 guests across 5 bedrooms.

Bedroom #1 includes a California king size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity, a jetted tub, and a separate shower.

Bedroom #2 includes two twin-over-twin bunk beds.

Bedroom #3 includes a full-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.

Bedroom #4 includes a full-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.

Bedroom #5 includes a full-size bed.

This home also includes an additional full guest bathroom on the middle level with a dual vanity and a shower/tub combo, and a half bathroom with a single vanity near the living room.

THINGS TO NOTE:
- A washer and dryer are available for guest use.
- Parking is available in the driveway and garage for up to 5 vehicles. Street and on-dirt parking are not permitted.
- Portable crib is available.

COUNTY RENTAL LAWS These new rental laws were put forth by the local government to ensure everyone enjoys Tahoe respectfully and peacefully. These are not Grand Welcome’s rules, these are actual laws. Per the ordinance, the following is not allowed:

- Excessive noise, parties or events of any kind.
- Over occupying the home/having extra people.
- Extra cars, street or on-dirt parking.
- Hot tub use after 10pm, if applicable. This one is strict at 10pm!
- Leaving trash outside.

**Neighbors are fully aware of these laws and will unfortunately report renters to the local police if not followed. If the police are called, they may issue you a large fine. It’s also a strike against this owners rental permit. 3 strikes and they lose their permit and ability to rent indefinitely so it’s really important all of the laws are followed. Our local team is on standby to receive calls from the neighbors and police so don’t be surprised if you get a courtesy text from us. It is not meant to disturb you in anyway, it’s just our team doing their job. Please note, we reserve the right to fine you up to $2,000 or evict your party for not following any of the above laws. We absolutely despise doing this so please, if you get a text from us make sure to heed our warning.
