🚗 Parking, Safety & Notes
• Parking: Driveway parking is available for up to 2 vehicles. Free street parking is also available. The garage is not available for guest parking.
• Pets: This home is pet friendly. Two dogs are allowed per stay (NO cats). Please note that there is an additional Pet Fee of $75 per pet that is not included in your final booking.
• Security Camera: A Ring doorbell is located at the front exterior entrance.
• Fireplace: The indoor fireplace is decorative only and is not available for guest use.
• Single-Level Home: Bedrooms and main living spaces are located on one level.
• Check-In/Out: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM.

• Must be 18+ to book.
• No smoking or vaping.
• No events, parties, or group gatherings unless pre-approved.
• Vacation rental use only.
• Check-In/Check-Out:
A fee of $75 per hour will be charged for any unauthorized stay beyond the checkout time.
Early check-in requests within 24 hours of arrival.
Late check-out requests by 10 AM the day before departure.
Early check-in and late check-out may incur a fee up to $100.
• Occupancy:
Follow city occupancy rules; children under 2 are not counted.
Over-occupancy incurs a $500 fine per extra person.
• Quiet Hours:
9 PM – 8 AM; noise under 60 dBA.
$500 fine for noise violations.
• Property Inspection:
Notify us of any issues immediately.
We may inspect at any time for rule violations.
• Pets:
• We’re happy to welcome your furry friend! One pet is allowed per stay.
• A $75 pet fee applies.
• If you have not already included your pet in your reservation at the time of booking, please reach out to our Guest Experience team prior to your stay to add your pet and ensure the fee is processed.
• Pets must be crated or safely contained when left alone in the home.
• Please clean up after your pet, both indoors and outdoors.
• Additional fees may apply for extra cleaning or damage caused by pets.
• Cleaning:
Remove trash and load & run dishwasher at check-out.
Extra trash incurs a $150 fee.
• Utilities & Appliances:
Normal utility usage included. Excessive use could incur additional charges.
Only use the designated EV charger if available. Charging electric vehicles from non-designated outlets may result in additional fines.
Use appliances as intended.

• Safety & Security:
No illegal activities or hazardous materials.
Properties may have surveillance.
• Maintenance:
Report issues promptly.
No refunds for mechanical failures.
• Payments & Deposits:
Major credit card required.
Security deposit may be used for damages.
Failure to return keys, key cards, pool passes, etc., will result in a $50 fine per key.
• Lost & Found:
$25 minimum shipping cost for lost items.
• Legal:
Violation of rules may result in eviction without a refund.
