Just beyond, the living area offers a large plush L-shaped sofa and smart TV for cozy evenings spent relaxing or streaming your favorites. Sliding doors open to the screened deck, extending the living space outdoors. An outdoor table and chairs overlook the lake and marina, creating a scenic spot for morning coffee, an alfresco meal, or an evening drink while taking in the views.

This home accommodates up to 6 guests across 2 bedrooms and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room.

Bedroom #1 features a king-size bed, deck access, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combination and dual vanity.

THINGS TO NOTE
• Washer and dryer are available in the home.
• Parking is available for up to 2 vehicles in the parking lot. Trailer parking is not permitted. Vehicles are prohibited from blocking entry walkways or stairways to buildings or dumpsters. Only vehicles marked accordingly may be parked in designated handicapped spots.
• Fishing is not permitted from inside the pool areas over the lakeside railings.
