- The driveway has an incline, so please use caution when arriving during winter weather.

- Exterior-facing security cameras monitor the driveway and entry points. There are no cameras inside the home or in any private outdoor area.
- Two washer/dryer sets are available for guest use.
- The property has four parking spaces, with driveway parking on the main and basement levels.
