🚗 Parking, Safety & Notes
• Parking: Driveway parking for up to 2 vehicles. Street parking is not permitted.
• Mountain Roads: A 4x4 vehicle is recommended, especially during winter weather.
• Accessibility: This three-story cabin has multiple sets of stairs and may not be suitable for guests with mobility challenges.
• Pets: This home is pet friendly. A maximum of 2 dogs may be brought to this home. - Please note that there is an additional Pet Fee of $75 per pet that is not included in your final booking cost. To pay your Pet Fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking.
• Pool Access: Smoky Cove Resort community pool is generally open Memorial Day through Labor Day, weather permitting, from 10 AM to 10 PM.
• Views: The cabin offers scenic wooded surroundings, not mountain views.
• Check-In/Out: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM.
• Nearby Construction: The cabin is located in a developing neighborhood, and daytime construction activity may occur.

• Must be 18+ to book.
• No smoking or vaping.
• No events, parties, or group gatherings unless pre-approved.
• Vacation rental use only.
• Check-In/Check-Out:
A fee of $75 per hour will be charged for any unauthorized stay beyond the checkout time.
Early check-in requests within 24 hours of arrival.
Late check-out requests by 10 AM the day before departure.
Early check-in and late check-out may incur a fee up to $100.
• Occupancy:
Follow city occupancy rules; children under 2 are not counted.
Over-occupancy incurs a $500 fine per extra person.
• Quiet Hours:
9 PM – 8 AM; noise under 60 dBA.
$500 fine for noise violations.
• Property Inspection:
Notify us of any issues immediately.
We may inspect at any time for rule violations.
• Pets:
This property is not pet-friendly. If there is evidence found of an animal presence during your stay or post-check-out, you may be evicted, fined and/or charged additional cleaning fees.
• Cleaning:
Remove trash and load & run dishwasher at check-out.
Extra trash incurs a $150 fee.
• Utilities & Appliances:
Normal utility usage included. Excessive use could incur additional charges.
Only use the designated EV charger if available. Charging electric vehicles from non-designated outlets may result in additional fines.
Use appliances as intended.
