• Historic Property: Inks and LBJ are two of six restored accommodations at McKenzie Guest House, originally built in 1907.
• Two-Suite Booking: This reservation includes both Inks and LBJ Suites, offering separate accommodations for your group.
• Accessibility: LBJ Suite is on the ground floor; however, interior and exterior steps are still required for access.
• Shared Spaces: The front porch, outdoor deck, picnic area & BBQ grill are shared with other vacation rentals on-site. Other travelers may be present during your stay.
• Pets: Neither suite is pet friendly. Pets are not permitted on the premises.
• Group Stays: Need more space? McKenzie Guest House offers six unique suites that may be reserved in additional configurations, subject to availability. Contact our team for details.
• Permit: STR23-00009 (provided for Inks Suite; confirm applicability to combined booking).
• Check-In/Out: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM.

- Must be 18+ to book.
- No events, parties, or group gatherings unless pre-approved.
- Vacation rental use only.
- Check-In/Check-Out: Early check-in requests within 24 hours of arrival. Late check-out requests by 10 AM the day before departure. Early check-in and late check-out may incur a fee up to $100.
- Occupancy: Follow city occupancy rules; children under 2 not counted. Over-occupancy incurs a $500 fine per extra person.
- Quiet Hours: 9 PM – 8 AM; noise under 60 dBA. $500 fine for noise violations.
- Property Inspection: Notify us of any issues immediately. We may inspect at any time for rule violations.
- Cleaning: Remove trash and load & run dishwasher upon check-out. Extra trash incurs a $150 fee.
- Pets: Pets are strictly prohibited. Evidence of pets during or after your stay will result in additional cleaning fees.
- Utilities & Appliances: Normal utility usage included. Excessive use could incur additional fees. Use appliances as intended.
- Parking: Follow local parking rules. Fines for violations.
- Safety & Security: No illegal activities or hazardous materials. Properties may have surveillance.
- Maintenance: Report issues promptly. No refunds for mechanical failures.
- Payments & Deposits: Major credit card required. Security deposit may be used for damages.
- Lost & Found: $25 minimum shipping cost for lost items.
- Legal: Violation of rules may result in eviction without refund. By booking, you agree to all rules and regulations.
