McFoy Ranch is a family-owned 20-acre property in the Texas Hill Country, a short drive from both Wimberley and Blanco. The house sleeps up to eight guests in three bedrooms plus a king sleeper sofa, with two full bathrooms. Inside, vintage furniture, colorful quilts, and original art give each room its own personality. Outside, there’s room for kids to run: a trampoline, swing set, basketball hoop, and open acreage, plus walking paths and a hammock grove for slower afternoons. Pets are not permitted.

🛋️ LIVING SPACE:
The living room mixes vintage furniture, colorful textiles, and collected artwork, giving it a lived-in ranch-house feel rather than a staged one. There’s plenty of seating for conversation, reading, or a board game after dark. The king sleeper sofa adds two more sleeping spots, and its pillows, blankets, and sheets are stored in the drawer underneath, so there’s no hunting through closets.

🍳 KITCHEN & DINING:
The full kitchen includes a full-size stove and refrigerator, a dishwasher, an Aiden drip coffee maker, cookware, cooking essentials, and pantry basics, so you can cook real meals on the first night. Dining is part of the kitchen: a table that seats eight, plus a corner banquette for four that’s well suited to breakfast or a card game. For meals outdoors, the large Donald Judd–style table under the twinkle lights seats the whole group.

At dinner, gather the group around the oversized outdoor table and turn on the twinkle lights. The owners maintain native plantings, pollinator habitat, and water sources for wildlife, so keep an eye out for deer and birds. All outdoor space is private to this home.
