Dockside Escape – Lakefront Home

Inside, the open main-level layout connects the living room, dining area, and kitchen, making it easy for everyone to spend time together. The living room features comfortable leather couches, a Smart TV, and a floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace, with tall windows framing views of the lake. Nearby, the dining table seats 8 and sits beside the windows, offering a scenic setting for shared meals. Just beyond, the kitchen features ample counter space, modern appliances, everyday essentials, and bar seating for casual breakfasts, snacks, or conversation while preparing meals. Outside, the large deck offers plenty of space to gather, with an outdoor dining table for 8, a smaller patio table with an umbrella, and comfortable lounge seating overlooking the lake. Fire up the BBQ for a meal outdoors or enjoy morning coffee while taking in the waterfront scenery. Down at the private dock, you’ll find a fish cleaning station, additional seating, a swing, kayaks, and rafts for time on the water. In the evening, head to the lakeside fire pit, where Adirondack-style chairs provide a spot to roast marshmallows and share stories.

This home comfortably accommodates up to 13 guests across 4 bedrooms.

Bedroom #1 features a king-size bed, deck access, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and single vanity.

Bedroom #2 includes a queen-size bed, a twin-size bed, balcony access, and a smart TV.

Bedroom #3 features a queen-size bed, balcony access, and a smart TV.

Bedroom #4 has 2 bunk beds: one twin-over-full bunk and one twin-over-queen bunk.

The home also offers 2 shared full bathrooms, both with walk-in showers. One has a single vanity, while the other has a double vanity.

THINGS TO NOTE
- A washer and dryer are available in the home.
- Parking is available for up to 5 vehicles in the driveway. Street parking is strictly prohibited. Any vehicles parked on the road or blocking neighboring drives are subject to towing at the vehicle owner's expense.
- Guests may park one trailer near the wellhouse, located about halfway up the driveway.
- The boat and personal watercraft (PWCs) on the property are not available for guest use.
- This home is equipped with 5 external cameras: (1) Located at the front door, monitoring the driveway and front entrance. (2) Mounted on the side of the house near the window, with a view of the driveway. (3) Mounted on the side of the upper balcony with a view of the dock, boat, and PWCs. (4) Located under the eave on the west side with a view of the side of the house. (5) Mounted under the stairs on the east side of the house with a view of the septic tank light.

Located in a quiet cove in Sunrise Beach, Dockside Escape is just one cove west of Franky and Louie’s Bar & Grill, with popular waterfront spots like Blue Cat and Lazy Gator only 2–3 miles away by boat. Golf enthusiasts can visit Four Seasons Golf Course, about 2 miles away by boat, or drive to Osage National (6 miles), Indian Rock (7 miles), and Old Kinderhook (13 miles). Ozark International Raceway is a short drive away, and Woods Grocery Store is just 9 minutes away.
