THINGS TO NOTE
- A washer and dryer are available in the home.
- Parking is available for up to two vehicles in the driveway. Parking on the home side of the street is prohibited. Parking in the cul-de-sac is permitted. Please follow all posted parking signs.
- This home is equipped with (5) external security cameras: (1) At the front door, monitoring the main entryway; (2) On the rear left side, covering the left exterior, front left side, and street; (3) On the rear right side, monitoring the right exterior, front right side, and pool equipment; (4) On the front left side, facing the street; and (5) Mounted over the driveway, capturing both the driveway and street views.
- An indoor sound-monitoring device is present to monitor decibel levels. It is used for noise monitoring and as a smoking deterrent.
- Pool heating is available for $35 per night and must be added for the entire length of the stay.
- An off-site BBQ grill rental is available for $150 per stay.
- Advance Notice: A minimum of 48 hours' advance notice is required for pool heating and BBQ grill rental.

- Failure to follow these rules/procedures and the rules/procedures stated in the agreed upon rental agreement could result in fines, forfeit of the security deposit, and in some cases being asked to leave without a refund.
- This is a privately owned home. Inventory will be done on departure. If any damages are found, violators will be billed.
