THINGS TO NOTE:
- A washer and dryer are available in the home.
- Parking is available for up to 3 vehicles: 2 in the driveway and 1 in the driveway apron. Parking passes are required and will be provided at the security gate.
- The HOA security team requires a list of all guests aged 16 and older before arrival. Please email the guest list in advance to ensure entry to the community.
- This home is equipped with four exterior security cameras: (1) At the front door, monitoring the main entryway; (2) On the garage roof, viewing the driveway; (3) On the rear right side, monitoring the front of the home; and (4) On the front left side, facing the street.
- Pool heating is available for $39 per night and must be added for the entire length of your stay.
- An off-site BBQ grill rental is available for $150 per stay.
- Advance Notice: A minimum of 48 hours' advance notice is required for pool heating and BBQ grill rental.

- Failure to follow these rules/procedures and the rules/procedures stated in the agreed upon rental agreement could result in fines, forfeit of the security deposit, and in some cases being asked to leave without a refund.
