This home comfortably sleeps 10 guests between 3 private bedrooms and a separate studio sleeping area.

Bedroom #1 includes a king-size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual-sink vanity and a separate shower.

Bedroom #2 includes two queen-size beds and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combination.

Bedroom #3 includes a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a separate shower.

The studio sleeping area includes two twin beds.

There is also an additional full bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combination near the studio area.

THINGS TO NOTE:
- A washer and dryer are available for guest use.
- One parking space is available in the Villa Montane Parking Garage. Parking is complimentary for the first hour; after that, the rate is $30 per hour.
- Guests will need to retrieve the parking fob from the unit upon arrival.
