The living room is bright, with a queen sleeper sofa and a Smart TV for movie nights. There’s a dining table for 2 in the room for breakfast or a game of cards. The coffee bar sits in the corner, with coffee and tea a few steps from the bed.

🍳 KITCHEN & DINING:
The kitchenette covers simple meals. It has a sink, a microwave, a toaster, and counter space for prep. A full-size fridge in the walk-in pantry has room for groceries and cold drinks on longer stays. Meals are served at the dining table for two in the living room.

- Bathroom 1: Stone walk-in shower, located in the kitchenette area and separated by a shower curtain. There is no bathroom sink, so guests use the kitchenette sink.

House Rules

✅ General
- Check-in: 4:00 PM
- Check-out: By 10:00 AM (late checkout only upon prior approval)
- No unregistered guests allowed on the property at any time.
- No parties or events are allowed. Violation will result in immediate eviction without refund.
- Quiet hours: 9:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Please be mindful of neighbors.

🚭 Smoking & Substances
- Absolutely no smoking of any kind inside the home (vaping included). Subject to $500 fine.
- No illegal substances allowed on the property.
- Smoking outside is permitted only in designated areas and cigarette butts must be disposed of properly.

🐾 Pets
- Pets are not allowed at this property.
- Service animals must be reported, never left unattended, and any damages will result in additional charges.

🧹 Cleanliness & Maintenance
- Please treat our home with respect—just as you would your own.
- Report any damage, maintenance issues, or concerns immediately so we can address them promptly.
- Excessive mess or damage beyond normal wear and tear may result in additional charges.

🔐 Safety & Security
- Lock all doors and windows when you leave the property.
- Do not tamper with smoke detectors, security systems, or exterior cameras.
- Only use appliances and equipment as intended.

🛏 Before You Leave
- Please take out the trash and place it in the designated bins.
- Place all dishes in the sink.
- Turn off lights, set AC to 78F, and turn off all appliances before departing.
